Weekly/Bi-Weekly Cleans

$40/hour + gst

Based off of the square footage of your home. Minimum 3 hours up to 1000 sq feet.

Clean of entire home, or depending on what your needs are, done on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Monthly Cleans

$45/hour + gst (4 week rotation)

Based off of the square footage of your home. Minimum 3 hours up to 1000 sq feet.

Scheduled every 4 weeks - standard clean of entire home or depending on what your priorities are

Move out/one time cleans

$50/hour + gst

Based off of the square footage of home - the time is doubled for a move out clean, so please contact us for a quote. We are implementing a minimum of 4 hours x two staff members (8 hours) - if we finish the clean in less time that is quoted, you’ll be charged for the time we are there.

  • What’s included in a standard clean?

    Our standard clean includes:

    Dusting and wiping down surfaces, light switches, railings, and door handles

    Full bathroom clean: tub/shower (inside and out), toilet, vanity/sink, cupboard fronts, and baseboards

    Kitchen: wiping countertops, cabinet fronts, outside of appliances, and inside of the microwave

    Vacuuming and mopping all floors

    Emptying garbage throughout the home and kitchen

    Optional: taking out recycling and watering plants

    Making beds and light tidying of bedrooms

  • Do you help with laundry?

    Yes! We can:

    Wash and fold bedding and towels

    Help with children’s laundry and put clothes away
    Please let us know in advance if you’d like these added to your clean so we can plan accordingly.

  • Do you clean inside ovens or fridges?

    Yes, we can! These are available by request and typically require additional time to be added to your service.

  • Do you offer organizing services?

    Yes—light organizing is available upon request. We can help with tidying drawers, organizing cupboards, etc.
    For deep organizing or decluttering projects, we offer consultations and these must be booked separately from a standard clean.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?st Item

    Yes, we supply all our own cleaning products. We use Shaklee and Method products for a safe, eco-conscious clean.
    We kindly ask clients to provide toilet bowl cleaner and a toilet brush, if possible.

  • Do you bring your own vacuum?

    For regular cleans, we use the client’s vacuum. We bring our own only when necessary, such as for move-out cleans or if a client’s vacuum is not working.

  • What vacuum do you recommend?

    We highly recommend Miele vacuums. They’ve been the most effective and reliable brand we've used across various homes.
    Jenn, the owner of Jenn & Co Housekeeping, has personally used a Miele vacuum for over 10 years—and it’s still going strong!

  • Do you clean up after pets?

    We love your pets, but we do not clean up dog poop, scoop litter boxes, or handle pet waste.

  • Can you water plants or take out recycling?

    Absolutely! Just let us know in advance and we’ll include that in your service.

  • Is there anything you don’t do?

    We do not handle biohazardous tasks or pet waste.
    Decluttering and deep organizing projects are available separately and require a consultation.

  • Can I make special requests?

    Yes! If there’s something you need, just ask. We’re happy to tailor our services where possible.
